Want to calculate food intake & work-out 4 free.?
I am 39 years old.
I am 6’1” & 170 lbs.
I do not smoke or drink alcohol but do vaporize quite a bit of the herb.
I work-out approx 10 times a week.
I surf, I swim, I skateboard, I snowboard, I bicycle, I run, I compete in marathons, I practice Jiu-Jitsu, I take Bikram Yoga etc.
I do most all of my own cooking and keep it extremely healthy. When I do go out to eat, I tend to go to El Pollo Loco or Subway.
I am looking to better improve my work-out and diet. I am looking to keep track of all avenues of my activity. I am looking to keep it simple and free. Input the food you ate the work-out you did and have it calculate it, log it for free.
