will vaporizing legal “herb” ruin my abilities as a cross country runner?
im an XC runner and i enjoy vaporizing legal “herb”. is there a limit on how many days a week/month? will it inhibit my capabilities to run better times and improve? and please give me a study or at least actual website u found this info on.

During my limited personal experience, I have found to be shorter in breath. My coach said that taking part in such activities can be hard on your lungs and that we as runners should not partake in such actions. I hope you find my uneducated opinion somewhat helpful in your endeavors.
