I am unable to find any solid or reliable info on how many people have died due to the use of spice or herbal incense.

Answer by Poocheese Well, they have changed the formulas of herbal incense now to have a cannabanoid bonding agent that DOESNT bond to your heart and brain like original recipies had. So, as of now their arent any real problems with it they can identify yet. It get you high, its legal, and relatively cheap for legal weed. The high doesnt last as long as a weed high but it can be a very intense hour or so for the peak. It no longer causes any seizures, or people having the feeling of death anymore since they took out the JWH 250 formula and put in the JWH 018 formula.

Which herbal incense chemicals are still legal in Louisiana?
I know JWH18 and a few other herbal incense chemicals were banned, but which herbal incense ingredients are still legal in Louisiana? I know JWH250 is one of them, but what are some others?
Answer by shark According to Louisiana law banned synthetic cannabinoids are defined as: JWH018, JWH073, HU210, and CP47. So anything other than those 4 would be legal (example JWH-200 and JWH-250 are still legal as are AM-694 and WIn-55)

Is it safe to smoke the herbal cigarettes they sell at Asian grocery stores?
I know sometimes herbal cigarettes that you can buy legally in the United States can have mind altering substances in them, would this be especially true of the herbal cigarettes they sell at Asian grocery stores?
I know “safe” isn’t the right word as we are talking about inhaling smoke, but you know what I mean.
If it isn’t safe, which brands ARE safe and where can I get them?

Answer by alunk I take that back. i made the tea tonight, not bad at all. so i take back my original opion. A lite buzz, more calming than any thing. very relaxing. as far as smoking it, did not feel anything. i put honey in the tea and vanilla. great combo. i will buy more
